Hello, my name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor out of Dayton, Ohio. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space for you to come exactly as you are. I utilize a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy in order to ensure that you are learning, healing, and growing in a way that works for you. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness interventions. I specialize in working with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, gender and sexuality concerns, and life transitions.
I received my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Xavier University and my Bachelor’s degree from IUPUI in psychology. I am currently working towards independent licensure.
I look forward to meeting you!
“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”
-Carl R. Rogers
