I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and have worked with teens, young adults, and children in a variety of settings including: ninja/parkour coach, mentor, and counselor. Before working with Mindfully I helped create a ninja/parkour gym called Ninja Intensity and worked there for around 4 years while completing my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary.
My primary training at this point is in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), where I teach people how to connect to themselves, and then use that connection to learn skills that improve life and make it more worth living. I also enjoy integrating work with parts of self, narrative therapy to put one's struggles and pain into the framework of the process of growth.
I live in lone tree with my wondeful wife and in my free time I love to engage in a variety of hobbies such as parkour, dancing, slacklining, frisbee, hiking, cooking, and gaming.
