I believe we are all looking for connection and to be seen and accepted wholly for ourselves. My goal is to create an authentic, safe, and compassionate space to explore how your past and present affect the person you are today so that you may step into the person you want to be tomorrow. Our work together will go below the surface so that you can gain greater awareness about the deepest parts of yourself that wish to be nurtured and healed. My approach is not a one-size-fits-all and will be tailored to you as a unique individual. I utilize CBT, DBT, EFT, Attachment theory, mindfulness, and creative therapies in my work and I'm always striving to find the best routes to take with each client. Together we will create greater insight and build the skills necessary to reconnect with yourself and the life you want.
