Hi, I’m Patty. I am a licensed Professional Counselor and I believe that we are all doing the best we can. Sometimes we all need specialized care to support us through life’s struggles. In order to serve you best, I have been trained in a range of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Polyvagal, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy. You will find that I am an inclusive trauma-informed counselor driven by a client-centered belief for both adults and adolescents.
My educational background includes a BA in Sociology from Kent State and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. My focus is on your potential and strengths so that you can live a fulfilling life. Together we will identify goals and create a plan of action that enhances your well-being.
I am also a member of the American Counseling Association & Ohio Counseling Association.
