Peer Support Services
Mindfully's peer support services are rooted in evidenced-based practices and deployed in fun and informal ways! Our certified Peer Supporters use their own lived experiences to provide a pressure free environment for conversations with individuals. Peer support services can also be paired with counseling and psychiatric services for optimum support.

Peer Support is flexible and offers 1:1 or group support sessions! We offer a 1 week free trial to all new clients to allow you to test out whether peer support is right for you. After your free trial has ended, you choose how often you pay for peer support services.
Individual 1:1 Peer Support
Peer support is an individualized and personal experience. Connect with a peer supporter who has similar lived experiences for a more customized journey. 1:1 peer support can occur in conjunction with group support, counseling, psychiatry, and other mental health services.
