She is a Clinical Director for Mindfully in Colorado. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), EMDRIA Approved Consultant and is certified in EMDR, IFS, & DBT therapies. In addition, Stacy provides IFS-Informed EMDR consulting to other therapists.
She specializes in working with teens and adults who have endured trauma and attachment wounds and has a special place in her heart for working with empaths, healers, therapists, first responders, and teachers. Stacy has extensive training and experience in working with PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, eating disorders, obsessions and compulsions, and severe anxiety.
She interweaves ancient wisdom with modern evidence-based psychotherapy and draws on attachment, transpersonal, and energy psychology in her work. Her approach is down-to-earth, warm, and collaborative. She enjoys inviting laughter into the therapeutic space, when appropriate.
Stacy lives in Longmont, CO with her family & beloved pets. She enjoys yoga, hiking, reading, and having good coffee.
