Charity Chaney MA LPCC-S is a professional counselor in the state of Ohio and the lead therapist of Mindfully’s DBT team. In addition to applying DBT principles in her care for her clients, she also has experience leading and co-leading DBT skills classes where he helps groups apply DBT principles and learn new skills.

Ohio CSWMFT Approval
This training is approved for counselor, social work, and marriage and family therapy continuing education. In addition, it is approved by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board for chemical de- pendency continuing education. Check CE Broker for detailed breakdown of CE types (provider number 50-24074).
National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC)

Program Summary:
- Grand rounds are an opportunity for clinicians to collaborate on cases related to different topics. Clinicians who lead clinical teams at Mindfully co-host these sessions approximately once per month to review typical client concerns and best practices in providing high quality mental health service in such cases. Participants are encouraged to participate in discussions related to case conceptualization, assessment, treatment planning and ongoing care. Resources and potential referral options are also shared.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will identify clinical concerns for clients by reviewing a fictional vignette.
- Participants will be able to summarize key features or concerns of clients reporting these
- symptoms.
- Participants will be able to apply general methods and recommendations for treatment
- planning and ongoing care for clients reporting these concerns.
- Participants will be able to generalize principles to alternative clients or presentations.
- Participants will be able to identify potential pitfalls, causes for concern, or other situations where further consultation or referrals may be necessary.
