I am a Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Miami University. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults meet the challenges of life head-on with balance, strength and positivity. Over the years I have worked in public school settings as well as outpatient treatment centers and partial hospitalization programs. I use strength-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT-informed therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help empower my clients with strategies to create their best life.
